Downtown Lebanon is built around the central green, a great place to spend your lunch, relax with a good book on a summer day or build a snowman when winter comes. There are wonderful restaurants and shops all within walking distance, plus a community college and the Lebanon Opera House which features shows and performers of all genres and tastes well beyond what the name implies. Often referred to by locals as “the big city” (population of almost 15,000), Lebanon offers many business and employment opportunities, plus shopping, dinning and nightlife. No matter where you live in the area you will most likely find yourself in Lebanon at least once a week.
